Good Mood Food

Is there anything better after a long day of riding than good food?

At Treacle, our dining experiences are designed to replenish you after a long day of training and also to bring people together. We have moved away from the traditional ‘3 course dinner’ model and have transitioned into a small plates/tapas menu built around the concept of ‘International Street Food.’

Our Executive Chef has worked as a consultant chef at some of the top 10 restaurants all over the world. Drawing on this experience, the menu has been created using authentic recipes and techniques to create dishes from all over the world that provide a unique dining experience.

To keep control of our quality, we make everything that we can in house. From pasta & bread to ice-cream & sorbets; we work with the best produce from the best possible suppliers

Our goal is simple. Great food with a relaxed, warm atmosphere that reminds you of being at your grandmothers house.

Details are important

We understand nutrition and diet play a key role not only in performance but in recovery. We all have specific requirements and needs when it comes to our bodies. While the menu is created to fit these needs we are also aware that you may have some more specific requirements such as allergies and intolerances.

At Treacle we are experienced in handling dietary requirements with care and respect. We’ll be more than happy to work with you to ensure your requirements are not something on your mind during your stay.

REfueling

After intense training sessions, refueling is key, and Morzine offers the perfect spots to recharge. Enjoy meals crafted with fresh, local ingredients at our favorite restaurants, or savor the flavors of the region with a cold, local beer.

Whether you’re relaxing with teammates or exploring the vibrant local scene, every meal becomes an opportunity to nourish your body and connect with the rich culture of the Alps. Indulge, recover, and relish the experience—it’s all part of the journey.
